Book Recommendation

I came across Darren hardy a few years ago now. I signed up to Darren Daily – his free daily emails where he provides tips and advice on how to be successful – and then did his Insane Productivity – Sanely program.

Invaluable!!! He is the reason my alarm goes off at 4.30am and I get so much before most people are even surfacing.

The book I want to recommend of his is The Compound Effect.

This concept can be used in any area of life…including health and wellness. It identifies the fact that we all get results. It’s the little things we do that add up over time…that compound. The question is…what results do we want so what activities and behaviors do we need to be mindful of, that seem insignificant when we do them but can have a massive impact!
