My Story

Who Am I?

I am Helen Jackson, a mum of three beautiful children who keep me pretty busy.  In my spare time I run a bookkeeping business as well as helping people make a healthy active lifestyle their new normal.  After starting my professional life in hospitality I decided I wanted a career change and thought the best way to do that was to get a degree.  So I did…in Health Science.  I loved studying, I learned a lot, and my goal at the end was to get into Health Promotion and help people see that it is possible to get the results they want if they are prepared to give up their excuses.  I am passionate about helping people achieve better health outcomes for themselves and their families, feel amazing, and get more out of their day.
