Our 4 Week Nutrition Workshop series is usually at our Lower Hutt location and dives deeper to arm you with the knowledge to take your health journey to the next level.
Living a healthy active lifestyle and getting the results you want does not need to be hard. It’ll take time and effort but once you have created and strengthened your new habits of a healthy active lifestyle it will become much easier for you to stay on track.
We start our 4 week series with a Body Composition Scan and Know Your Numbers workshop, the following three weeks dive into the topics of Protein, Water, Cellular Nutrition, Metabolism, Digestive Health, Fibre, Fats, Sugar, Carbohydrates, and reading Nutrition Labels.

We don’t do meal plans. You will use the knowledge you learn in our workshops to make choices that are in alignment with your health & wellness goals.
